Resetting a Computer Account

To reset a computer account:

  1. Log in to the Adaxes Web Interface.

  2. Click the Browsing tab in the top navigation menu.

  3. Click the domain that contains the computer account you want to reset, and then select this computer.

    -or-

    Click Browse above the list of managed domains, select the container where the computer you need is located, and then click this computer in the list displayed.

  4. Click Reset Account in the header panel command menu.

    If this link is not displayed, you do not have permissions to reset this computer account.
