Log in to the Adaxes Web Interface.

Click the Browsing tab in the top navigation menu.

Click the domain that contains the user, account of which you want to unlock, and then select this user.

Click Browse above the list of managed domains, select the container in which the user you need is located, and then click this user in the list displayed.

At the page that opens, click Unlock Account in the header panel command menu.
