Sending Email Messages

To send an email message to AD users, contacts or groups:

  1. Log in to the Adaxes Web Interface.

  2. Click the Browsing tab in the top navigational menu.

  3. Click the domain that contains the objects to which you want to send an email message, and then select the location of these objects.

    -or-

    Click Browse above the list of managed domains and select the location of the objects you need.

    You can use the Basket to send email messages to objects from different locations.
  4. At the page that opens, check the objects you need in the list and click On selection: Send Mail above this list.

    -or-

    To send message to a single object, select the object you need and click Send Mail in the header panel command menu.

    If this link is not available, the selected object does not have an email specified.
  5. At the Send Mail page, type the message you want to send and click Send.

To send email messages using Adaxes service, the outgoing mail settings must be specified for this service.
