The Statistics view provides reports on Password Self-Service data. These reports can be extremely useful for Active Directory administrators as Password Self-Service data allow them to monitor user enrollment in Password Self-Service, control severity of password reset settings, detect hacker attacks, etc.
The Statistics view contains the following tabs:
Enrollment
This tab displays all users in the AD domains managed by the Adaxes service, their enrollment status (enrolled/not enrolled), and other information, such as Password Self-Service Policy effective for a user, enrollment invitation time. etc. This information allows administrators to find out which users are enrolled in Password Self-Service and which are not, identify Password Self-Service Policies effective for specific users, track users, who are enrolled not under the policy currently efective for these users, and much more.
Password Resets
This tab displays all attempts to self-reset their password, an attemp status (successful/failed), the host, from which an attempt was made, etc. This information allows administrators to detect security threats by identifying suspicious self-reset attempts made from the same host. Moreover, it can be useful to determine Password Self-Service Policies that impose too severe requirements resulting in numerous failed attempts to self-reset password.
Blocked Users
This tab displays all users blocked for Password Self-Service, date and time, when they were blocked, Password Self-Service Policy effective for a user, the host, from which a password self-reset attempt was made, etc. This information allows administrators to detect security threats and determine too severe Password Self-Service Policies. Also, on this tab, administrators can unblock users for Password Self-Service.
The Statistics reports are not generated every time you open the Statistics view. You can check the date when the displayed report was generated in the right
